Resetting Acer Aspire one without recovery disk or pressing ALT and F10 [Solved] - Acer - Laptop Gen

I am trying to reset my Acer Aspire netbook to it's factory setting, but when I turn off and re boot and press ALT and F10 nothing happens, also my laptop beeps for ages before it ......
